Racial Reconciliation with LaMorris Crawford Part 1

I wonder what our country would be like if we responded to the pervasive tensions rising around us by sitting in conversation rather than immediately standing on issues. I wonder what would happen if we walked in humility, embraced empathy, and weren’t afraid to admit our ignorance. I wonder what could happen if we risked asking a “dumb” question in order to move a little closer in relationship. I wonder if instead of the vitriol and hatred that’s been spewed on social media we took a different approach — one characterized by a "maturing love” as LaMorris puts it. I wonder if we sought to truly understand before we strove to be understood.

Over the next 5 months we’ll be releasing parts of this conversation LaMorris and I had on Race, Injustice, and The Gospel. Here is Part 1 of the conversation I had with LaMorris Crawford.
