HI, I’M DAVEY . . .
In November of 2015, my wife of seven years, Amanda, was murdered in a home invasion, along with my unborn child. As the lead pastor of a church plant in Indianapolis and now a single father to our 15 month-old son, Weston, I was forced to not only live through this tragedy, but had to learn to lead others through pain as well. Throughout the journey, God walked me on a path of healing that I couldn’t have orchestrated for myself. Now I’m passionate about using those principles to help people partner with God to take back their story. I love coming alongside pastors and local churches to help people heal from their trauma, tragedy, or major life transition and get them back on mission in your church. I currently serve as a teaching pastor at Mercy Road Church in Indianapolis and I’m the Founder and President of Nothing is Wasted Ministries.
